Refund policy
Returns and Refunds
Every bouquet we create at Foxglove & Finch is made with care. If something isn’t right with your order, please get in touch so we can help.
Fresh flowers and changes of mind
Fresh flowers are perishable and are exempt from the usual 14-day change of mind cancellation right for online purchases. We therefore do not accept change of mind returns of fresh bouquets or floral arrangements.
This does not affect your rights if your flowers arrive damaged, faulty or not as described.
Damaged flowers or an incorrect order
Please inspect your flowers when they arrive. If they are damaged, in poor condition or different from what you ordered, email info@foxgloveandfinch.co.uk as soon as possible with:
-
Your name and order number.
-
A description of the problem.
-
Clear photographs of the flowers and, where relevant, their packaging.
Photographs and prompt contact help us assess what happened, but do not limit your statutory rights.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your legal rights. Please contact us before returning flowers so we can explain the next steps. Where a return is necessary because of a fault or our error, we will cover reasonable return costs.
Changes or cancellation before delivery
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether we can accommodate your request, taking into account whether preparation or dispatch has begun.
Please wait for our confirmation before assuming an order has been changed or cancelled.
Refunds
If a refund is due, we will confirm it by email and return the payment to your original payment method without undue delay and within any applicable legal deadline. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
Sale items
Flowers purchased at a reduced price have the same statutory protections as full price flowers.
